Douglas leads client delivery and product development without stepping away from the implementation. His work spans the decisions that make a product coherent: interface, systems, data, smart contracts, deployment and the practical coordination in between.
Alongside product engineering, he has supported field-data programmes in Uganda using digital collection and validation workflows.
