Overview & purpose

A property technology project with a Next.js consumer website, Flutter application, administrative interface and Express/MongoDB backend. The product supports property discovery and the operational tools behind listings and inquiries.

Make property information easier to discover while giving agents and administrators practical tools to maintain listings and respond to interest.

Technical perspective

The architecture separates the consumer website, mobile client, administrative interface and API. Repository documentation distinguishes local demonstration assets from production configuration and keeps app-download actions conditional on real release URLs. Mobile work is presented as development rather than an app-store release.
